HR Services and Solutions is seeking a FMCG Production Team Leader to organize and support production teams to manufacture products safely, efficiently, and to QA standards. You will ensure workflow, monitor performance, and escalate issues to meet the production plan.
The role requires leading teams, ensuring health and safety, QA compliance, and embedding Lean practices. Shifts are day-based, with alternating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 rotations.
