The KTC Group is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive safe, efficient and high‑quality operations in our Wednesbury site. You will lead a production team, ensuring plans are executed on time while upholding high safety, quality and food safety standards.
You will develop Operatives, monitor KPIs, and apply Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. This role requires deputising for the Production Manager and engaging cross‑functionally across the business.
