This Production Manager position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong order book, long-term customer relationships and ambitious plans for future growth. The successful Production Manager will take responsibility for manufacturing and warehouse operations, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and team performance.

The Production Manager will:

• Lead manufacturing and warehousing operations.

• Drive productivity, efficiency and operational performance improvements.

• Implement LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programmes.

• Develop and maintain robust SOPs and KPIs.

• Maximise ERP system capability for planning, scheduling and inventory control.

• Improve workflow, facility utilisation and production processes.

• Develop leadership teams and operational staff.

• Drive quality, health & safety and compliance performance.

To be successful as a Production Manager, you will have:

• Experience working as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Factory Manager or Plant Manager.

• Strong manufacturing leadership experience.

• Proven experience of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• KPI development and performance management experience.

• ERP systems knowledge.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• £85,000-£90,000 salary package.

• Car Allowance or Company Car.
