KTC (Edibles) Limited, a long-established food business, is seeking a Production Team Leader for its Wednesbury site. The role is full-time and on-site, leading shift production teams to meet daily output safely while upholding quality and BRC standards.
You will coordinate with operations, quality and maintenance, organize workloads, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coaching staff and maintaining records.
