We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing team in West Bromwich
.

Monday
- Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00

Friday: 06:00 - 13:00

Monday
- Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00

Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

• £15.74 per hour+ (depending on experience. Also includes 22% shift allowance)

• Welding the company's range using Mig welders
• Set up welding and supporting equipment
• Be able to read 2D drawings
• Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate
• Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
• Keep production and quality related records up to date
• Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area
• Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed
• Performs Other Duties as Assigned

• Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
