Charto Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a CNC Operator / Setter in Cradley Heath. The role is full-time and permanent with a starting salary of £35,000 per year. Initial hours are Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm and Friday 7:30am–1:30pm, with a future rotating pattern.
You will operate CNC machinery, assemble to drawings, record progress, and use cranes and forklifts as needed. You’ll join a focused production team and contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
