Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence driving traffic customer acquisition and retention while aligning with our business objectives.

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and E-commerce to create and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals
- Identify target audiences set key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve those goals
- Plan execute and analyse paid search programs primarily through Google and Bing to grow brand awareness and drive sustainable profits
- Optimise and continually improve SEM programs to generate awareness consideration conversion and loyalty
- Manage large complex and high-budget paid search campaigns utilising advanced tools such as Bing Ads and Google Ads
- Lead SEO efforts to boost website visibility and improve search rankings through keyword research content optimisation and performance tracking
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine changes to enhance SEO strategies
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers and nurture leads
- Segment audiences and personalise content to improve campaign effectiveness while tracking performance for data-driven improvements
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels using tools like GA4
- Prepare regular performance reports identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to optimise marketing strategies
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering Category Management and external partners to ensure alignment on customer needs and marketing initiatives
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on digital marketing capabilities and drive alignment to shared goals
- Inspire and motivate the marketing team to achieve their best work
- Foster a collaborative culture within the department and throughout the company
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing Marketing Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in driving traffic engagement and conversions
- Strong experience in managing SEO SEM email marketing social media marketing and content marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics AdWords and other digital marketing tools; knowledge of HTML CSS and web design principles is a plus
