About The Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to handle our brand’s online presence. The role includes developing content strategies, managing posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance to improve social media presence.

Location: On-site

CTC: ₹3 to ₹4.8 LPA

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, etc.).
• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase followers and engagement.
• Monitor online conversations and respond to queries or comments.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creative assets.
• Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management.
• Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns (preferred).
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
