Retail Assistant – Tipton

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Tipton, West Midlands. This is a permanent part‑time position working a variety of shifts with a minimum of 16 hours across 4 days per week. You must be available for weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Hours:

16 hours across 4 days per week. Pay: £10.95‑£12.81 per hour based on age: 16‑20 £ 10.95, 21+ £12.81.

• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, assist with packing, and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care during deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and on shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

• Energetic and able to work in a busy environment, handling deliveries, till duties, customer assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation.
• Reliable and a valuable part of a small team; dependability is essential.
• Flexibility with shifts, including covering for team members on holiday; rota planned three weeks in advance.
