Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking a talented Shop Manager to run our latest Donation Centre. You will recruit and coordinate paid colleagues and volunteers, manage day-to-day operations, and establish local partnerships to maximise donations and community impact.
You will lead a team with a hands-on, enthusiastic leadership style, delivering excellent customer service and promoting reuse and repair initiatives in the community.
