Lidl GB is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate your team, delegate tasks and take responsibility for the shop floor while delivering excellent customer service.
Salary is £15.45 per hour on a full-time contract with various shifts, plus 30-35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount and enhanced family leave. The role also offers progression opportunities within a supportive team.
