About the Role
We're looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to sell our Haulage and Storage
solutions from our Midlands-based warehouse. You'll be developing new business, nurturing
customer relationships, and ensuring our pallet spaces stay full by pitching to manufacturers,
distributors, importers and retailers.

This role is perfect for someone with true B2B sales experience in haulage, warehousing or
wider logistics—someone who loves the chase, knows how to open doors, and can confidently
close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development

• Sell our Haulage and Storage services to new and existing customers

• Proactively generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals

• Identify customers with short-term and long-term pallet storage needs

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements

• Maximise warehouse utilisation and pallet occupancy

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong, long-term customer partnerships

• Understand supply chain and storage requirements

• Act as main contact from enquiry through on boarding

• Work closely with haulage and warehouse ops for smooth delivery

Market & Commercial Focus

• Stay ahead of local market conditions and competitor activity

• Spot opportunities to up sell transport, handling, and value-added services

• Keep accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity records

Collaboration & Reporting

• Liaise with warehouse managers and ops teams

• Deliver regular performance and sales activity reports

• Ensure all deals align with operational capacity and company policy

What We’re Looking For

• A passionate, target-driven salesperson

• Strong communicator with commercial awareness

• Proven experience selling warehouse or haulage services

• Confident managing leads, negotiating deals and winning business
