Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in West Bromwich for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include generating sales leads, conducting market research, preparing and presenting product information to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer demands. Additional responsibilities include managing sales documentation and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a strong understanding of product specifications and industry trends.
Qualifications- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales and customer service experience, including managing client accounts and developing relationships
- Ability to conduct market research and generate sales leads
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of metal alloys and investment casting is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team dynamic
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
