This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in West Bromwich. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products and drive sales. Core tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, generating leads, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective communication and a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience and build client relationships.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with team members.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is a plus.
• A drive for success, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented attitude.
