A market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Graduate Area Sales Manager to join their growing team in Wednesbury. This role is ideal for a graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience who is looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused B2B environment.
You’ll be joining a leading super distributor of electrical products, part of a global group employing over 1,700 people across the UK. With consistent year-on-year growth and a strong reputation in the market, they are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale sector and are committed to developing future leaders within the business.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
- Develop and grow strong relationships with existing accounts
- Manage your own diary and plan customer visits effectively
- Present products and tailored solutions confidently to a wide range of B2B customers
- Work towards and exceed sales and profitability targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your area
- Represent the business professionally in the field
As a Graduate Area Sales Manager, you will receive:
- A competitive salary between £30,000 – £36,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- An uncapped profit share bonus

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in any discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience (any sector considered)
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with strong drive and ambition
- The confidence to build relationships and win new business
- Good commercial awareness and a desire to progress into senior sales leadership
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- A full UK driving licence
