Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join a growing healthcare consumables company based in Tipton. This is a full-time, office-based position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

This role involves making outbound sales calls to a mixture of warm leads and new prospects, helping to grow and develop the company's customer base within the healthcare sector.

• Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and existing prospects
• Generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable healthcare consumable products
• Managing and updating the CRM system accurately
• Achieving individual and team sales targets

• Previous telesales or outbound sales experience (essential)
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
• Strong organisational and IT skills
• Experience with in healthcare or medical supplies (desirable but not essential)
