Inbound Sales Advisor

No cold calling. Every conversation starts with a customer who has already reached out to us.

If you have at least 1 year of telephone sales experience and a track record of hitting targets, this role is for you.

Location:

Oldbury, West Midlands

Salary: £26,436.80 per year (full-time), OTE up to £31,000 (uncapped) part-time pro-rated

Hours:

Full-time: 40 hours, 5 days, Monday – Sunday, 7am – 7pm (weekdays), 8am – 5pm (weekends). Part Hours are also available.

We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time Inbound Sales Advisors. Part-time hours and days are flexible and will be agreed at interview to suit you and the business.

As an Inbound Sales Advisor you will handle enquiries from customers who have already contacted us. You will convert those conversations into bookings and sales through great service, product knowledge, and genuine care for the customer.

• Handle inbound calls and convert enquiries into bookings and policy sales
• Upsell and cross-sell Rightio products and services, including Care Club membership policies
• Use a consultative approach — listen first, recommend second
• Build lasting customer relationships based on trust and reliability

• Call existing customers to follow up on enquiries, quotes, or lapsed accounts
• Re-engage customers after an engineer visit to present Care Club policy options
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

• Deliver a professional, reassuring experience on every call
• Handle objections confidently and turn hesitation into confidence
• Record call details accurately in our CRM systems
• Keep your product and process knowledge current

• 1+ year of telephone sales experience
• Experience upselling and cross-selling
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Self‑motivated in a target‑driven environment
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Skilled at handling objections empathetically
• Able to record information accurately on calls

It would be a bonus if you have experience selling subscription products, insurance, or home services, but this is not essential.
