Location: Rowley Regis
Flourish is seeking a highly autonomous Field Sales & Business Development Executive to drive new business from Rowley Regis and surrounding areas. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with key decision makers, and close deals with an uncapped commission structure.
Based on a £30,000 base salary with a realistic £62,000 OTE, this role offers training, development and clear career progression in a supportive, ambitious culture.
