Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, you will identify customer challenges and match them with effective solutions while building long-term relationships.

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.
• Present solutions, negotiate proposals and secure new contracts.
• Track activity, pipeline and forecasts accurately.
• Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

• Experience in sales, business development or a commercial customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and target driven approach.
• Strong organisation and pipeline management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.

• £30,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of £65,000.
