Senior Parts Advisor / Telesales Executive

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Parts Advisor / Telesales Executive to join a well-established automotive business in West Bromwich.

This role combines technical parts expertise with a strong customer-focused sales approach. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, identifying and supplying vehicle parts, and proactively developing sales opportunities with both existing and new customers.

• Handling incoming parts enquiries from trade and retail customers
• Accurately identifying and sourcing vehicle parts and accessories
• Producing quotations and processing customer orders
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Maximising sales through proactive telesales activity and upselling
• Liaising with suppliers regarding product availability and lead times
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Supporting the wider parts department to ensure excellent service levels

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive sector
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
• Proven telesales or sales experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills and experience using parts cataloguing systems
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded approach
