Business Development Manager – Outsourced Business Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing outsourced business solutions provider.

The business supports organisations with outsourced services including Finance, Analytics and Back Office Support, helping clients improve efficiency, reduce costs and access specialist expertise.

This is a new business focused role, responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and securing new clients across both the UK and USA markets
. International travel, particularly to the USA, will form an important part of the position, so candidates must be comfortable travelling.

• Generate new business through calls, Linked In, email, networking and referrals
• Identify organisations with potential outsourcing requirements
• Build and manage a strong UK and USA sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate outsourced solutions
• Develop proposals and manage opportunities through to close
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
• Attend client meetings, networking events and business development activities

• Proven B2B new business sales experience
• Strong track record of generating leads and building a pipeline
• Experience selling services, ideally outsourced or recurring solutions
• Confident engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
• Strong consultative and commercial approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• Comfortable with international travel, including regular travel to the USA
