Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team in Smethwick, B66 2AY
. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Based at our location, you will play a key part in helping us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
Coordinate sales activities and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure smooth order processing and follow-up.
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales administration or customer service.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Roller shutter experience is preferred
