Internal Sales Executive - West Bromwich Permanent People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established business based in West Bromwich, West Midlands. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and sales support experience who enjoys building relationships with customers, preparing quotations and providing excellent account support. Annual Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum Shifts :

The Role As an Internal Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email Preparing and following up customer quotations Providing ongoing support to existing customer accounts Building strong relationships with customers and responding to their requirements Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently Updating customer information and activity accurately on the CRM system Supporting the wider sales team with general sales and account administration Identifying opportunities to develop existing customer accounts Ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times What We're Looking For The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience within Internal Sales, Sales Support, Account Management or Customer Service A confident and professional telephone manner Strong communication and relationship-building skills Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience using a CRM system Salesforce experience would be advantageous Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries Training Industry related training and ongoing support throughout Apply:
