AWD online is seeking a Young People Support Worker to deliver trauma-informed support for girls and young women aged 11–19 in Sandwell. The role focuses on one-to-one interventions, groupwork and advocacy within a safeguarding framework.
You will work 37.5 hours a week, Mon–Fri, with travel across the Black Country, and complete assessments, risk reviews and support plans. A female candidate is required under Schedule 9; a DBS check is required.
