Job Title: Modern Slavery Safehouse Advocate

Position Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, based in the West Midlands

Salary: £25,287.91 – £27,993.18 per year

Closing Date: 07 August 2026

All interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams.

• Deliver high-quality frontline support to female and male victims of modern slavery and their children within the West Midlands.
• Manage the full case-management cycle, including risk assessment, needs assessment, journey planning, outcome review and case review during the recovery and reflection period.
• Oversee all accommodation aspects such as health and safety, maintenance requests, fire safety and other relevant compliance issues.
• Identify and facilitate appropriate referrals and support services to support client recovery.

• Must be a woman; this is an Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part
  1) of the Equality Act 2010.
• Experience working with adults who have experienced trauma and abuse is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, compassion and an understanding of the impact of abuse and exploitation are required.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership potential with a self-driven, conscientious, and hardworking attitude.
