We are delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity within the Families First Partnership Programme for a Peer Support Supervisor.

• Facilitate monthly family-level supervision sessions for education and multi-agency partners.
• Provide expert advice and practical support to professionals, ensuring consistent application of thresholds and effective early help.
• Support colleagues in convening and leading Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings and acting as Lead Professional where needed.
• Deliver training sessions on thresholds and lead professional responsibilities.
• Promote collaborative working across the Family Help system and act as an ambassador for safeguarding and family support.
• Contribute to quality assurance and impact analysis to demonstrate positive outcomes for children and families.

• Strong knowledge and experience of early help and family support systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide high support and constructive challenge to professionals.
• A commitment to a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational approach.
• Flexibility to travel across the borough as required.
