Permanent Service Now Technical Architect Manchester Up to £75,000 We're looking for a Service Now Technical Architect / Senior Developer to design, build and deliver modern Service Now solutions across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll work on cutting-edge platform implementations, leveraging Service Now and modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Service Now Technical Archityect Develop and deliver Service Now solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.)
Build and implement custom applications, workflows and integrations using JavaScript and APIs Design and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices Create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes Work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions Ensure quality through testing, code reviews and development standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Contribute to platform performance, governance, and continuous improvement About the Candidate The right Service Now Technical Architect should have:
Experience delivering Service Now implementations (ideally 3 end-to-end projects) Strong hands-on experience with Service Now development and scripting (JavaScript) Exposure to multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or similar Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems Understanding of modern Service Now architecture and platform capabilities Experience working in Agile or Dev Ops environments Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments What's in it for you?
