An established global logistics business is looking for an experienced Export Bookings & Operations professional to manage worldwide air and sea freight shipments. You'll handle export bookings, liaise with overseas agents and co-loaders, track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain high data accuracy and customer service standards.

• Process and manage export bookings (FCL, LCL & air freight)
• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers and co-loaders
• Track shipments, manage exceptions and provide solutions
• Communicate with customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
• Arrange customs clearance and UK deliveries
• Maintain accurate data entry and close jobs to completion

• Minimum 2 years' freight forwarding experience (exports)
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
• Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationship
