1) based West Bromwich Pay Rate: £36,000 based on a 45 hour week

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - starts between 04:00 - 06:00

We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

• Delivery of aluminium trunking to electrical wholesalers / building sites across the UK - between 2-5 drops per day
• Deliveries are with an FLT so just opening and closing curtains and securing the load is required
• Start times between 04:00-06:00 Monday to Friday - no weekend working
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Hours per week will be between 47 - 52 - overtime paid for hours over 45 per week
• Curtain side trailer experience and use of straps to secure a load would be an advantage
• Live locally to site in West Brom B70 0EB
• Ideally have 12 months recent LGV C+E driving experience due the nature of the delivery points
