• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 years old; some deliveries involve alcohol products

Fill in an online application – no CV needed. Our friendly recruitment team will contact you to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work checks. You will then be invited to a site tour and a Q&A session. A Disclosure Barring System check (DBS) will be carried out. Once all checks are completed, you will receive a formal offer and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin.

Contracted Days:
You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8‑hour shifts. Further details will be provided during pre‑boarding.

Shifts:

AM & PM. Shifts may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rosters will be released up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:
Lunar – you are paid every four weeks according to a monthly schedule.

• Monday‑Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.72
• Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.27
• Sunday Evening Premium: £2.50
• Overtime (Monday‑Saturday Day Shift): £15.90
• Overtime (Monday‑Saturday Evening Shift): £17.30
