Job Overview

Due to expansion we need you! BJS Haulage are a general (but untypical) haulage company, who transport a range of products including palletised goods, cage deliveries, construction materials and furniture.

Job Role:

Class 1 Driver (C+E, LGV1, HGV1)

Starting

Location:

Steelpark Way, Wednesfield

Shift: Days, Monday to Friday (overtime available)

Start Times:
Between 7:00am and 9:00am

Salary:
Potential earnings of £47,000+ annual including OTE and Bonus.

Equipment:
Standard, long, high curtain siders and boxes

• This role involves lifting, prolonged standing, and bending. Successful candidates will be asked to complete a health declaration or attend a pre-employment health assessment to ensure they can perform these duties safely.

• A Class 1 driving licence held for two years or more
• An up-to-date DCPC and digital tachograph card
• Experience in the general haulage sector
• A maximum of 6 points on your driving licence
• Knowledge of driver’s hours and WTD regulations
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK
• Class 1 driving: 1 year (required)
• General haulage: 1 year (required)
• Class 1 Driving Licence (required)
• DCPC (required)
• Digital Tachograph Card (required)
