Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Driver to join our rapidly developing team in Cradley Heath, West Midlands. Reporting directly to the Production Manager and working within our aerospace division, you will join a highly qualified and accomplished team to support an excellent level of testing while maintaining safety and quality standards at all times. Full UK Driver's Licence. Mon–Thursday 8:30am–5pm and Friday 5:30am–1pm (30 min break daily).
Responsibilities- Collection and delivery to and from various locations within the UK
- Ensure vehicles are well maintained
- Maintain logs and documents relating to vehicles and their maintenance
- Able to quickly attain a Fork Lift Truck licence
- Packing/unpacking, loading/unloading of incoming/outgoing work
- Working alongside qualified team members who will provide training and guidance
- Assisting with other NDT methods, process checks, and data gathering
- Valid light goods vehicle driving licence for the UK
- Excellent communication and inter‑personal skills
- Good organisational skills, methodical approach, able to manage deadlines
- Ability to work consistently during high pressure periods, as an individual and as part of a team
