Forklift Driver

Robertson Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established business offering long-term stability and career progression. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operation, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:00pm

Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift truck. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Carrying out stock movements and inventory checks. Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely. Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse documentation. Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times. Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required.

The Ideal Candidate Holds a Counterbalance Forklift Licence Previous experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or freight environment. Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
