Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Operative

Location: West Bromwich
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Perm / Ongoing Contract

Our client, a well-established and growing business, is currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for stable, ongoing work.

This position requires fluency in spoken and written Mandarin
, as you will be using the company’s warehouse CRM system in Mandarin to process orders and manage stock accurately.

The role also involves physical warehouse duties, including regular heavy lifting.

• Processing orders using the warehouse CRM system (Mandarin language interface)
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Receiving and checking inbound deliveries
• Stock control and inventory management
• Loading and unloading goods (heavy lifting involved)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and understanding)
• Confident using computer systems/CRM software
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential

• Ongoing work with the potential for permanent placement
• Weekly pay
• Accrued holiday pay
