Hours:

Monday to Thursday 1:00pm – 10:00pm
Friday 12:15pm – 6:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Tipton (DY4).

This is a hands‑on role combining forklift truck operation with a range of manual warehouse duties. The successful candidate will be safety‑focused, physically fit and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to load, unload and move goods around the warehouse.
• Load products onto vehicles in line with company procedures and health and safety standards.
• Carry out general warehouse duties including handling, sorting and moving stock.
• Complete demolition of non‑returnable products following company procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising materials within the warehouse.
• Complete quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Use warehouse systems accurately to record stock movements and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Report any health and safety concerns, damaged equipment or operational issues.
• Support the wider warehouse team with additional duties as required.

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
• Previous experience operating an FLT within a warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Must be willing to complete a DBS check due to the nature of materials handled on site.

• £13.49 per hour.
• Full‑time, ongoing position.
• Regular Monday to Friday working hours.
