Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Leader to help run warehouse operations, leading by example and driving daily performance. You’ll cover opening, running and closing shifts, train new starters and support your team to deliver excellent teamwork.
This 40‑hour contract offers 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in‑store discount, ongoing training and a pension scheme. You’ll be part of a diverse, inclusive environment and contribute to efficient operations across the RDC.
