DPD Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our high performing and expanding Logistics team in the West Midlands. You will help ensure the smooth running of the warehouse fulfilment operation across two sites, leading a team of around 80 staff across warehouse, administration and customer services.
The role focuses on safety, quality and cost improvements, recruitment and staff development, and driving performance through data analysis and change.
