Work alongside board‑certified, residency‑trained ER docs that allow you all the autonomy you're used to. Our PA’s take patients round‑robin with our docs, ensuring a true team approach. You'll also find experienced and stable nursing and support staff to ensure a smooth transition.

• Average of 12 four‑hour shifts per month.
• Fair mix of shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Noon–Midnight, and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Work in a 30‑bed ED with an average of 100 visits per day, Level III trauma center.
• Provide high‑quality emergency care and contribute to the growth of the service line.
• Potential for a Medical Directorship—turnkey position for those wishing to work fewer shifts and bring administrative experience to our health system.

• 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new graduates.
• Team‑first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ownership of practice and a passion for developing and expanding a growing service line.

• $525k+ earning potential ($295 /hr) and $75k+ commencement bonus.
