Family Practice - OB Physician

A well-established, multi-site community health organization in the Midwest is seeking a Primary Care Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations while maintaining a limited patient panel. This is a true physician-leader role with authority, influence, and strong financial upside.

• Guaranteed Base Salary:
  Up to $410,000
• Quarterly Production Bonuses
  • Up to $40,000 annually

• Serve as the clinical leader and role model for physicians and APPs
• Mentor NPs and PAs (no day-to-day oversight burden)
• Shape and improve clinical best practices
• Partner closely with executive leadership
• Influence care delivery across multiple clinic sites
• No prior leadership experience required-support and collaboration provided

• Employed position
• 5-day work week 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2 days clinical / 2.5 days administrative
• No weekends, no call
• EPIC EMR
• Strong MA, NP, and PA support

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and long-term impact
