Deery Brothers of West Burlington is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll help customers navigate the vehicle-buying experience, from choosing the right vehicle and taking a test drive to completing their purchase.
No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that fit
- Explain vehicle features and guide test drives
- Build lasting relationships through follow-up and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Stay informed about inventory, promotions, incentives, and industry trends
- Four-day workweek totaling 40 hours
