Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience).
Location: Carrollton, OH.
- Day shift, Monday–Friday (no weekends).
- Full‑time, year‑round work.
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum sheet, plate, and extrusions (5052/6061 alloys).
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
- Fit, square, and assemble parts using jigs and fixtures.
- Prep, weld, and finish components to meet high structural and visual standards.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Starting pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and skill).

- Minimum 1 year of aluminum MIG welding experience.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and use measuring tools.
