The starting pay for this position is $20/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. As a Mobile Tire Technician, you are always on the move, utilizing innovative mobile e‑commerce technology, fulfilling customers' tire needs, and operating one of our cutting‑edge vans serving customers at their homes or places of work. Your job goes beyond installing tires—you will engage with customers and answer any tire questions they may have. No experience installing tires? No worries! We are happy to train you to become a part of our team as the driving force behind the most innovative way to buy tires.

• Perform basic tire services (mounting, balancing, repairs) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions, explaining the installation process, and fully understanding the customer’s needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, including warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the Roll by Goodyear team, store network, and customer service.
• Maintain independence on your route while safely driving the van and representing Roll by Goodyear.
• Conduct safety checks during tire installation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting.
• Travel to other cities outside your home market to train others or receive additional training on new technology and techniques.

• Previous customer service experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• No relocation is offered for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• Previous tire installation experience (training provided if none).
• High school diploma or GED.

• Enjoy serving customers and providing top‑line service.
• Work independently, follow schedules, and solve problems while being part of a larger team.
• Clear communication skills, approachable and informative interactions.
• Comfortable using technology, mobile phone applications, and van tire equipment.
• Excellent time management with flexible scheduling.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow all procedures and guidelines.
• May require working 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.
