As an Architectural Project Manager
, you will work in conjunction with the development team, builders and property managers, as well as a wide range of topic-based experts. Our ideal team member will have 5 – 8 years of professional working experience with at least 2 years at the PM level. He/She will have experience in multi-family housing, be self-motivated, have good leadership skills and most importantly, have a passion for providing families with affordable housing options.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology required
- 5-8 years of work experience with 2 years of project management
- Multi-family housing, low income housing, LIHTC project experience
- Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of building codes and accessibility design requirements
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish
- Create preliminary, conceptual designs including site plan, building layouts, elevations, and amenities
- Research and application of zoning codes including city, county, and state requirements
- Actuate the plan review process through the acquisition of building permits
- Ensure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budget
- Communicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teams
- About 10%-15% travel - Mostly same day or overnight trips.
