• Provide technical expertise and support Facilities staff within the region.
• Perform technical report reviews.
• Prepare and review proposals.
• Conduct business development and assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
• Lead and coach junior staff members.
• Perform responsibilities at the regional level.
• Mentor Facilities Associate Principals.
• Participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Facilities).

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For professionals with specialized master‑level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is acceptable.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master‑level certification in an area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP) as certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Designation as a senior reviewer at current or previous firm required.
