As an Electronics Technician at MPG – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by performing testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of cosite modules.

- Setup and perform technical electronic test functions using written procedures
- Troubleshoot module performance to component level
- Perform mechanical assembly, e.g., installing covers
- Repair RF cosite subsystems at component level
- Use schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
- Operate oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power amplifiers, frequency counters, power meters, and automated test sets
- Proficient with RF test equipment (calibration & troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of power amplifiers, synthesizers, power supplies and RF filter principles (bandwidth, Q, insertion loss, return loss)
- PC skills for data entry and test software use
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex circuits
- Experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, network analyzer
- Effective internal customer interface skills
- Collaborative work with all organization levels
- High attention to detail
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- IPC‑610 certification or ability to obtain it
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2‑year degree in an electronics field from an accredited institution required
- Minimum 2 years of RF‑related technician experience required
- Knowledge of J‑STD‑O1 preferred and ability to obtain certification once employed
Pay Range: – per hour

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
