As an Electronics Technician at MPG – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by performing testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of cosite modules.

• Setup and perform technical electronic test functions using written procedures
• Troubleshoot module performance to component level
• Perform mechanical assembly, e.g., installing covers
• Repair RF cosite subsystems at component level
• Use schematics, PCB/PWB layouts, mechanical drawings, and work instructions
• Operate oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power amplifiers, frequency counters, power meters, and automated test sets

• Proficient with RF test equipment (calibration & troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of power amplifiers, synthesizers, power supplies and RF filter principles (bandwidth, Q, insertion loss, return loss)
• PC skills for data entry and test software use
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex circuits
• Experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, network analyzer
• Effective internal customer interface skills
• Collaborative work with all organization levels
• High attention to detail
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints
• IPC‑610 certification or ability to obtain it

• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2‑year degree in an electronics field from an accredited institution required
• Minimum 2 years of RF‑related technician experience required
• Knowledge of J‑STD‑O1 preferred and ability to obtain certification once employed

Pay Range: – per hour

Bonus Eligible:
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
