Base Pay Range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mortgage Originator to join a growing, customer-focused team. This role is ideal for high-energy, reliable professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their home ownership goals. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in driving growth in the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities- Generate prospective mortgage loan clients and grow a referral network
- Analyze client mortgage needs and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Maintain knowledge of available mortgage lending products
- Collect necessary documentation from borrowers to complete loan approval
- Manage the loan origination pipeline through approval and closing
- Maintain a high level of customer service and provide regular updates to clients
- Collaborate with team members to expand and manage a client portfolio
- NMLS license preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of Mortgage Loan Originator experience preferred
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Organized and reliable
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems independently
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Self-driven and motivated to meet goals
- 100% commission-based (negotiable depending on experience and production)
- Typical structure: 50 basis points on new loans, 25 basis points on refinance, 25 basis points on walk-ins/call-ins
- Draw for 3-6 months ($3,000 - $7,000/month) available to support ramp-up
