Corporate Controller

Company which was founded in the early 90s, has grown from $300mm to over $2bb in annual revenue during the past 7 years. During this time, they have generally completed 4 or more acquisitions each year. Their industry consists of thousands more $50-$100mm businesses, so it is anticipated they will continue their M&A activity into the foreseeable future.

• Huge growth: over $1 billion in sales growth over the past 5 years growth has created a need for additional firepower in financial reporting.
• The company has reorganized business units and anticipates additional M&A activity and need someone to work with operational & financial leaders to develop the next generation of financial reporting.
• Because of their transactional nature the controller will have an opportunity to work on M&A Projects.
• The controller will enjoy all the benefits of working in a PE backed operating company (fast paced, sophisticated, co-workers, access to capital) without the downsides (they have an unlimited hold period with a focus on longer term value creation).

• The new controller will work with the Finance Leadership team to map out a path towards world class financial reporting for operations leaders.
