Relationship Banker – Dayton Mall Financial Center

This role focuses on engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. You will process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities, and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Effective collaboration and relationship building.

- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s or business‑relevant associate’s degree such as business administration or finance.
