Part-Time Fire Inspector

Overview

West Chester Township has an immediate need to fill a Part-Time Fire Inspector position. Working as part of a team, the West Chester Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency medical services to a community of 65,000 residents and 3,000 businesses across 35 square miles. Current hourly rate is $22.57/hour.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Ohio Firefighter certification (Level II)
• Current Ohio Fire Inspector Certification
• 5 years of experience as a Certified Fire Safety Inspector

• Fire Protection Plan Review training
• Fireworks Safety Training
• Current Ohio EMT certification
• Fire Investigation training and experience
• Current CPR Certificate
