• Support the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
• Coordinate and deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients
• Follow medical orders and initiate treatment planning
• Act as a patient advocate at all times

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current unencumbered license to practice in the state
• CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
• Experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, with familiarity in chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric patients preferred
• Experience in patient assessments, family engagement, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations
