- Support the organization, program, and unit philosophy of care
- Coordinate and deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients
- Follow medical orders and initiate treatment planning
- Act as a patient advocate at all times
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current unencumbered license to practice in the state
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment
- Experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, with familiarity in chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and psychiatric patients preferred
- Experience in patient assessments, family engagement, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations
